Research directions
Building upon previous studies that have elucidated the positive impacts of music on human cognition, emotions, memory, reward mechanisms, and neuroplasticity, I am dedicated to exploring the feasibility of music intervention as a non-invasive therapeutic approach for brain disorders, particularly targeting depression, anxiety, insomnia disorders, and Alzheimer's disease. Through the study of music medicine and music therapy, I delve into the underlying mechanisms of music's effects on the brain and analyze how musical elements exert their influence within the brain's circuitry.
